THE JOB

As a Colorist you will prepare color matching for Tosaf existing and new customers, you will perform color corrections for rejected products and conduct on going checks, you will keep records to comply with ISO and be part of an amazing team.

For this position you should have a Bachler degree. Some relevant laboratory experience in the field of polymers, coatings, masterbatch, or plastics, is an advantage.

HOW WILL YOU DO IT?

•Develop and/or modify Masterbatch & Additives formulas
•React in a timely manner in order to satisfy the requests of customers
•Evaluate and approve the color match
•Report weekly progress on goals/assignments using defined reports, project status sheets, etc.
•Passion for research and innovation
•Strong customer service orientation
•Develop a strong communication channel with all related departments and with the sales representatives
•Keep up to date with trends and innovations within the profession

For this position you must have an Engineering degree in either Chemistry, Textile, Materials, or related fields. Some relevant laboratory experience in the field of polymers, coatings, masterbatch, or plastics, is an advantage.
