As Sales Manager, we are looking for a competitive Technical Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients in our market. You have an in-depth knowledge of the plastic related businesses in the Region and you have built a strong reputation. You'll drive and grow sales and margin in your Region through the development and management of new and existing businesses. You’ll work with existing customers to grow our market share, identify new trends and product applications to be developed with our customers in connection with our R&D department.

The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects.


  • Develop a technical & commercial relationship with customers
  • Develop sales and sales strategy
  • Build weekly travel schedule and send meeting reports
  • Identify each customer needs and build long-lasting relationships
  • Follow up with potential customers
  • Develop multi layer relationships with different departments/function at customers
  • Build sales targets/goals – think "out of the box" Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Attend meetings, events, training conferences – to keep up with latest developments
  • Constantly update Customers' information on Salesforce


You have 10 years+ technical and sales skills, from best-in-class companies in our business.
You have knowledge of plastics processing, masterbatch, additive or chemicals selling. You possess a proven history of successfully deploying sales projects and very strong commercial abilities. You are a goal oriented, a self-motivated, naturally collaborative leader and a team player who is able to affect change both directly and through influence.
