Tosaf USA Inc. is the youngest plant in the Tosaf world. The plant quickly grew to the current capacity and we are able to produce Colors, Additives, Whites and Specialty Compounds. Our 2018 volumes are 10x if compared to the 2017 and our plans for 2019 are even more ambitious. THE JOB

We are looking for two new Sales Manager to expand our North American Operations.
The successful candidates will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects.
They will drive and grow sales and margin in the South East Region (North Carolina and South Carolina - Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida) through the development and management of new and existing businesses, identifying new trends and product applications.


HOW WILL YOU DO IT?

  • Develop a technical & commercial relationship with the different departments/function at customers
  • Identify each customer needs
  • Follow up with potential customers
  • Build sales targets/goals – think "out of the box"
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Attend meetings, events, training conferences – to keep up with latest developments

YOUR EXPERTISE

You have 10 years+ experience from best-in-class companies in our business. You have an in-depth knowledge of the plastic-related businesses in the South East Region and you have built a strong reputation.
You have knowledge of plastics processing, masterbatch, additive or chemicals selling. You possess a proven history of successfully deploying sales projects and very strong commercial abilities. You are a goal-oriented, a self-motivated, naturally collaborative leader and a team player who is able to affect change both directly and through influence.
