The Sales Representative will be responsible for direct customer contact and for developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to meet assigned sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential accounts in Germany.
  • Build relationships and develop business.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor’s activities in order to proactively retain business.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or Chemistry and a strong understanding of the plastics markets in Germany.
  • A proven track record of sales achievement (for senior).
  • A strong technical experience in selling masterbatches and compounds (for senior).
  • Excellent organization skills and be self-motivated to work from his/her home as the office base.
  • Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken). Any other language will be an asset.

The position is home office based.
